Changing things in a container when I push a button

Hello everyone !

I'm having trouble trying something

I have a block with gui and a container, and want that at the push of the button on the gui, something changes

I know the things I want to change and how to do them and I also know how to send a Packet via the gui, the problem is accessing the container from the packet handler, anyone could help me theory wise here ?
