won't let my set ops gets a json file error and i deleted op folder to start again but nothing v.v

I am sorry >_< i didn't know what to do if i fixed an issue but needed a different help i thought i needed to remove the old ones and do new one i was confused my apologies. I get this kinda of message when i tried to run with ops folder, i believe in another thread you told me to delete the ops json. i did and remade one and still won't let me make ops i can't run commands even though its my local server how do i successfully make a functioning op file? Help.. Sorry for inconvenience i have aspergers and dyslexia so my brain doesn't always process all the info i read >_< I am soo sorry for being a pain.

 

I also get the message you do not have permission to run this command for things such as teleporting/gamemode and others

i mean as far the new json it created for me i type in op names and got same log even though i deleted and use the new one it gave me..
