Windows 10 Forge 11.14.3.1519 crazy mouse

I have only Forge 11.14.3.1519 loaded (no mods) and in the game you can barely control POV.  Just up and down. Its like the mouse sensitivity is set to max.  When lowering the mouse sensitivity it doesn't help.

 

I tried loading vanilla and it doesn't have this issue.

 

Will start backtracking with earlier Forge versions to see when this started.  Unless someone knows why this is happening.

It turns out that my computer got into that state somehow and was recoverable by rebooting the computer. 

 

I'll post back if there is anything forge related that gets it into that state but at this point I think it was just too much back and forth between my mod development and testing for release.

      I tried do download the essential mod to my mod pack but i didnt work. I paly on 1.21 and it should work. I use neoforge for my modding. The weird things is my friend somehow added the mod to his modpack and many others that I somehow can´t. Is there anything i can do?

      Thanks, I've now installed a slightly newer version and the server is at least starting up now.

      Do you have shaders enabled? There is an issue with the mod simpleclouds - remove this mod or disable shaders, if enabled
