Adding MCA to an existing server

My boyfriend and I have a server we use a lot and have built a lot of things in, and we've recently started playing with Minecraft Comes Alive on another world he built. We like it and we'd like to either add MCA to our main world, or find a way to copy everything we've built in our main world over to the new one. Anyone have any idea how this could be done?
