Forge Loading Stuck on Post Initialization

When launching minecraft, forge gets stuck on (5/7) Loading- Initializing mods phase 3, it seems to get stuck at a mod "BC  Builders"

Could you help with adding ram? When I try it gives me either

"Error occurred during initialization of VM

Could not reserve enough space for 2097152KB object heap"

in the minecraft launcher, or a little java virtual machine window and then

"Invalid maximum heap size: -Xmx5G

The specified size exceeds the maximum representable size."

in the minecraft launcher
