game crashes upon joining my server

i was trying to make some fancy modpack for me and my friends to play with, everything worked just fine until we joined the server. what hapenned is we press join, the loading screen showed and the moment it disapeared(you know the disconnect button disapears,but you arent yet in the world) and the client crashes, i tried fixing it myself but i couldnt find the problem. anyone that could help me?
