Spawning an Item in the world

So Hey Guys,

I have a problem: At the moment I program a mod like lucky blocks. So and I have a Event in the Block Class of the Lucky Block. And I would like to know how can I spawn item(stacks) in the world? Better is how can I spawn item(stacks) in the world where you destroy the block? By the way the Event I used is the onBlockHarvestedEvent and I use Forge 1.8.8

Why don't you just override the getItemDropped method (and perhaps quantityDroppedWithBonus) in your lucky block? If that's not enough, then look at what calls getItemDropped (and how it spawns the drop).

The debugger is a powerful and necessary tool in any IDE, so learn how to use it. You'll be able to tell us more and get better help here if you investigate your runtime problems in the debugger before posting.

1) If it's your own block, you don't have to use events.

2) As jeffryfisher said you can override the [t]getItemDropped[/code] method to drop a single item. If you want to drop multiple items, items with metadata or different items, override the

getDrops]/tt] method, in which you return an ArrayList containing the ItemStacks to be dropped.

I tried this:

ItemStack s = new ItemStack(Items.stone_sword);

s.getMetadata();

s.addEnchantment(Enchantment.unbreaking, 10);

s.addEnchantment(Enchantment.fireAspect, 10);

s.setStackDisplayName("Hardi's P€nis");

EntityPlayer p = ???;

p.dropItem(s, true, true);

But p is underlined because there where the 3 ? are must by something but I don't know what I put in there
