December 20, 20159 yr Author I am running the latest version of forge that has src instead of MDK, because the tutorial I am using is using src.
December 20, 20159 yr Author updating to the most recent mdk did not fix anything, I still can't find the config directory, and the same error ocurred when I ran it.
December 20, 20159 yr Author I did find a file named SplashProgress.java, and there was an "enabled" setting in there as described in the EAQ, but I changed it, and it did not affect the error.
