I've looked around and I cannot find out how to update Forge, so any and all help would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

    You update it the same way you install it.

     

    If you're worried about not clearing things out that aren't used anymore, you can just start with a fresh Minecraft.jar each time.

     

    The easiest way is to use a launcher (People seem to prefer MultiMC) which lets you add/remove jar mods like Forge.

    The way I do it is to download a fresh copy of MCP and Forge, run Forge's install again (it will download everything you need), copy the source files over from your old MCP install and then load up eclipse.
