Eclipse run configurations disappeared?

So I run Forge MDK using Linux Debian, and things seem to work alright. However, yesterday I opened eclipse and all the run button was missing; and now every time I reinstall forge the run configurations aren't there anymore! I've even tried deleting the gradle caches, but it doesnt make a difference.

 

Also its not my eclipse, it still runs other projects just fine
