I wasn't sure if this should wait until 1.9 or not so I didn't make a pull request.

Also figured I should post here to see if there was any others wanted.

Is there any others anyone else needs/wants?

It would be best to make one pull request that has the all.

 

Sidenote:

BlockLilyPad.canBlockStay is hard coded to water, simple fix though as it extends BlockBush which already uses IPlantable.

Depending on what is preferred that fix can be a separate pull made at the same time or lumped in with the rest of the changes.
