[Request] Scoring Mod

Greetings all,

 

I have no idea where I can ask this but figured this probably the best place.

I am still learning slowly how to do my own mods, and I have looked around for something but no luck as yet.

 

Im looking for a Event styled mod.

Basically want to be able to define a area as a arena in 2 forms, a PVP area or a training area.

The Training area would need to allow me to define targets and points on the targets, even different scores for the rings in target, or even points per block in target area.

It would then track the players points and somehow allow me to use it for a prize box or something.

 

The PVP side would let players hit a button or something and then get assigned to a team, they hit/kill players and get points and the team has a total points counter.

 

The issue is the area's are on one world together and only a small area within it. Using command blocks i sortta get it..... not really but its a massive strain on a server.

 

maybe im stretching my luck. even if someone willing to point me in the right direction it would be epic ^_^

    • i tried that and i got rid of java to install the new one but it still says i have the old one and i cant get the new one because of the old one
