I'm making a block that I want to pass redstone signal like a wire without diminishing signal strength.  The trouble I have is that so far my attempts to implement this result in latch ups, (one block powers a second which in turn powers the first and then they cant be turned off)

 

has anyone done something like this and care to share how they did it?
