Minecraft acting weird on windows 10 forge installed

So recently windows decided to update itself to 10, but when I first launched minecraft it was acting weird, the tab wasn't working and when it finally launched even in the titlescreen I had 1/4 of an fps.

I have 58 mods tested working before the update, minecraft vanilla is slightly better but still unplayable.

I need help to fix this I don't want to reconfigurate everything and wait 2 hours to get back to win 8.1 :'(
