Well, I kinda have a problem with forge.

(forge-1.7.10-10.13.4.1614-1.7.10)

 

And when i start a world its will instantly say "Shutting down (Something) Server" With no mods and a fresh install.

Anyone know a fix?

Ok, i just reinstalled it, Removed all files, everything. and now it works.

lol im trying to make a 1.7.10 server pack, but forge server installer crashes and says libraries failed to download
