[RESOLVED][1.9 builds 1833-1846] Mod Sorting Error when mods are present.

Issue: Builds 1833 - 1846 throw the dreaded Mod Sorting error when any mods are present on server startup, client too

I removed every mod except for 2 mods, I made sure there were no core mods present.

 

The server fails right off the bat.

 

If I remove all the mods, the server will run.

Forge 1.9 build 1852 resolved these issues.
