Ticking Screen Error

I need help figuring out the source of my error - I got a ticking screen error, which people have said is caused by view distance, so i got rid of options.txt and also reduced my view distance to 5 chunks. I'm playing on a server.

One of your mods is sending an invalid packet. You have to take out mods one by one.

 

Is there any way to narrow it down?
