I'm getting big fps decrease in forge 1.9 ( singleplayer). With forge only I get around 25 fps ( relatively stable), with  better foliage on top I get about 20 fps and big time stuttering every now and then when I break a block. Vanilla 1.9 gives me stable 60 and if i leave it uncapped it can get up to ~100, before the memory leak really kicks in and I have to restart.

On the bright side the game doesn't crash at all now.

My specs are i7 4710HQ amd r9 m265x 3gb ram dedicated to minecraft and im using java 1.9.0_25.

Sorry if I missed anything I sould have posted with this.
