[1.9] Change NBT of Container Item on Craft

Hello, I have a recipe that changes output based on the NBT values of one of the input items, how would I change the NBT of said item when the output is crafted. Note, the item is a container item.

I already have an IRecipe which works correctly, I just need to change the NBT of the container item.
