[1.9] Error when compiling in Intellij

Hey, I'm new here so have mercy :)

 

I did the set up in Intellij -> ran setupDecompWorspace and genIntellijRuns -> refreshed

But when starting the client I get this error:

It ran out of memory. Give it more.

I'm already trying, but it doesn't work.

 

If I change the process heap size in the settings I cant go over 1.5GB.

If I change it in the custom intellij vm-options -> seems like no change.

If I change the run config (-Xmx4096M in vm arguments) it tells me this:

 

    Error: Could not create the Java Virtual Machine.

    Error: A fatal exception has occurred. Program will exit.

    Invalid maximum heap size: -Xmx4096M

    The specified size exceeds the maximum representable size.
