My Mod Won't Build! [1.7.10]

For some reason my mod won't build when I try to do it - there's no errors in my project, there's no issue? Why won't it build?

Define "won't build", define "try to do it".

 

When I run my batch file with the code 'gradlew build' it fails to compile the mod every time I try to compile it.

It gets to 20% and says on the screen that it has failed to find a Java Compiler, I have a JDK installed and have the system path variable setup. I've managed to compile 6 versions of this mod, but it won't let me do this one.

I'm annoyed at how simple of a solution that was
