Minecraft Singleplayer Help

Hi, I was playing on my single player world yesterday and I left. I try to go into my world today (with mods) and when I try to join, it dosen't let me spawn it takes me back to the home screen. Does anyone have a solution.

Your world's level.dat file is corrupted. You'll need to restore from a backup.
