Thanks for all the help, I really appreciate it, every single bit of it, I have disabled SpecialMobs and Optifine, played for 43 minutes and everything went perfectly well. On a side note though, my FPS have greatly increased (seems like Optifine was doing the opposite of its job) and there are just no more crashes.    :)
