optifine+forge by arguments

Hi guys.

I have a special task is to run forge and optifine together.

But i can do it with folder mods.

I want to know there are others solutions for it.

I think that i can do it by command arguments.

my example is below

-cp C:\Users\ro\AppData\Roaming\.minecraft\libraries\optifine\OptiFine\1.7.10_HD_U_D4\OptiFine-1.7.10_HD_U_D4.jar

but it's doesn't work.

Maybe can somebody explain how i can pass optifine library?
