Launcher stuck on "Launching..." and game wont open?

I am using the Curse client to install the FTB modpack: Direwolf20 - 1.5.2.

 

It all seems to download fine and the launcher opens properly. But when I press "play" the button just says "Launching..." and nothing happens afterwards.
