Forge 1.10.2 keeps crashing when i try to load into a world

forge 1.10.2 keep crashing upon world load (i have 0 mods installed).

Ive tried reinstalling minecraft by deleting the .minecraft folder and removing all resource packs, shaders and more

 

Heres the crash report about some ticking memory connection.
