FORGE IS INSTALLED CORRECTLY BUT WON'T PLAY FOR 1.7.2

Okay, so, I have watched 5 different Youtube videos on how to install forge (all have the same steps) and followed them to the best of my abilities. In every video there is a second profile that will pop up with forge all set up and ready to be used, and that happens to me to but as soon as I press play the window closes like normal, as if it is just about to pull up the game, but the game never pulls us. I have tried uninstalling forge are reinstalling it and I have even tried open opening the vanilla 1.7.2, closing it down, then opening the Forge 1.7.2, like when you get the message saying that you have to open the vanilla file at least once, but that doesn't work either. Now I'm out of options, I don't know that to do now. Please help. >:(  :'(  ???  :(
