Minecraft Forge 1.8 Server | My friends can't join!

I've Port Forwarded, Allowed Minecraft through my Fire Wall, and still my friends can't join my Server. I tested the Ip to login to the Server, so I know I have the right Ip and Port. When my friend tries to connect it just says "Connecting to Server..." Someone please help me Me and my friend (WFlyingSquirrel) are trying to make a Modded Minecraft Series on You Tube, but I can't get this to work.

Forge 1.20.1 OpenAL 40963 and 40961 in DynamicSoundFilters

I copied the mod from Fabric to Forge, but errors 40963 and 40961 appear, I still don’t know the reason, I tried it in a single world, it doesn’t reproduce, the reason for the error is unknown, sometimes it exists and sometimes it doesn’t. andre111/dynamicsoundfilters: GitHub repository
The ported code to Forge is no different from the original, so you can use the source code for testing. The same error occurred on the Fabric build, mods that were on both builds:

My friend keeps getting disconnected from our Forge Server

It is, but that is mainly to set up configs per player, I think. I don't believe it is messing chest inventories. I can try to remove that one tho and see if it fixes anything.
