Forge 1.8.9-11.15.1.1902 Installer Won't Run

Hello! I was trying to install the latest version of Forge for Minecraft 1.8.9 and I can't seem to run the installer. I've tried the installer-win and just the regular jar installer, but when I click on them nothing happens. Can someone help me?

I installed the latest Java version earlier today and ran Jarfix and it didn't work, but I reinstalled the same Java version and it worked. Huh. Thanks!

Forge 1.20.1 OpenAL 40963 and 40961 in DynamicSoundFilters

I copied the mod from Fabric to Forge, but errors 40963 and 40961 appear, I still don’t know the reason, I tried it in a single world, it doesn’t reproduce, the reason for the error is unknown, sometimes it exists and sometimes it doesn’t. andre111/dynamicsoundfilters: GitHub repository
The ported code to Forge is no different from the original, so you can use the source code for testing. The same error occurred on the Fabric build, mods that were on both builds:

My friend keeps getting disconnected from our Forge Server

It is, but that is mainly to set up configs per player, I think. I don't believe it is messing chest inventories. I can try to remove that one tho and see if it fixes anything.
