Alright I used the forge installer for the latest version of forge 1.10.2

I ran minecraft, it got to loading textures and then I got the error "Java(SE)Binary has stopped responding, do you want to Close the Program?"

so I did

I hadn't installed any mods yet

I researched this and many others had the same problem but they had no response or they had mods installed. Thus I think I am able to make my own post without a warning or whatever.
