Can't open chests with stairs or slabs over them, forge-1.10.2-12.18.1.2011

Recently I have installed the recommended version of Forge (1.10.2-12.18.1.2011), and I noticed that suddeny I couldn't open any chest at my map that had slabs or stairs over it, but only when they are at bottom half over the chest. And to be sure, I also checked that in the same map on vanilla, I could open all the same chests with no problems, so it has to do with Forge, because I haven't installed any other mods yet, just Forge on it's own. Hopefully this will be fixed soon, because now I can't play without having to redesign my whole base. Thank you very much for your attention and have a nice day.

Forge 1.20.1 OpenAL 40963 and 40961 in DynamicSoundFilters

I copied the mod from Fabric to Forge, but errors 40963 and 40961 appear, I still don’t know the reason, I tried it in a single world, it doesn’t reproduce, the reason for the error is unknown, sometimes it exists and sometimes it doesn’t. andre111/dynamicsoundfilters: GitHub repository
The ported code to Forge is no different from the original, so you can use the source code for testing. The same error occurred on the Fabric build, mods that were on both builds:

My friend keeps getting disconnected from our Forge Server

It is, but that is mainly to set up configs per player, I think. I don't believe it is messing chest inventories. I can try to remove that one tho and see if it fixes anything.
