Minecraft Forge 1.10.2 Crashes on Start

Well, I just downloaded Forge for Minecraft 1.10.2, which is my current version, and whenever I try opening my Forge profile this "Game Output" folder shows up and I don't know what I am supposed to do.

I removed the file that was crashing the game but every mod I use does the same thing. How do I fix that?

How do you add a mob to spawn around a existing vanilla structure?

So I have a custom mob that I wanna spawn around pillager outposts naturally. maybe with only 1 limit. But I can't seem to find the right path for it.
Like doing it similar to how pillagers spawn.

downloading the modpack from at launcher got it working..... seems like there was some weird downloading with 2 of the mods failing virus scans.
