I honestly have no idea if this is a forge problem or not. I was able to fix by clearing out the mobs in the area but I think it is a temp fix.

 

Main story - Run a private server for family and friends, one of them was exploring chunks and server crashed, total stop. No save nothing.

Upon waking up and seeing it was offline, I go through look, get it back up and running. Same family member logs in, within 5 minutes crash again.

It doesn't give me any mod names or anything so I am kind of at a loss. I am usually good at pin pointing issues but this one has me stumped. Any help would be great and again sorry if this is in the wrong thread.

 

Misc info - Using Forge 1.10.2. -12.18.2.2107
