I've been trying to open forge 1.10.2 - 12.18.2.2099 and its crashing with or without mods saying "Java Platfrom SE binary has stopped working"

I have tried everything, I tried uninstalling everything and re-installing, I have tried different version like 1.9 and so on and they worked but this release 1.10.2 - 12.18.2.2099 doesn't seem to work for me, also it always crashes at the same place when loading.I have researched the problems by going to several websites helping with forge crashes and I also tried solutions by reading other peoples problems on these forums. When I use mods their versions are 1.10.2 the mods I installed are LuckyBlock_1-10-2_v7-3-0 , AbyssalCraft-1.10.2-1.9.3.3 , InfinityCraft-1.0-a.024 ,
