Forge caused server crash

Im trying to start a yogscast complete server with hosthorde and whenever i try to connect it wont let me. the website says the server is running but i cant connect. so i went to their support they told me to look around in the log files and then they told me that forge was the problem. to figure out how to fix it im supposed to go here and post the log.
