Transparent White Block Texture Glitch

I have been having a problem occur over and over again. This happened in Bevo's Tech pack(AT Launcher) and Skyfactory 2(AT Launcher). My Textures seem to bug out but only when I look into a certain locations. When i look at those certain locations my game seems to make all the blocks turn completely white and transparent and it only happened very late into the game (13 days of playing for 3-10hours each). THIS DRIVES ME CRAZY! This is what i see...
