[1.7.10] Server crashes upon entering the End.

Hello all,

 

My (modded) minecraft server crashes when I enter the end portal and I can't seem to figure out why this is. I'm hoping someone here can help me further into resolving this issue.

 

Below is the server log from the moment I connect to the server, to where it crashes (because I stepped into the end portal).
