`Exception in server tick loop`

Basically when i open the forge setup (With all the mods i wish to use in the correct file) After 5 minutes it disappears and when checking the crash reports the error is exception in server tick loop. I don't have a clue what that means. This is the error, http://pastebin.com/Jc2kPFQj. Could you please explain how to fix it in simple terms as well please? I have the intellect of a peanut.
