any help? it does this in 1.8, 1.10.2 and when i make the .jar a .zip and upzip it in 1.7.10!

You aren't supposed to unzip mod files. All mod files should be .jar or .zip.

Im trying to add a custom texture to it

And also the 1.8 and 1.10 ones already come in a folder so i cant help it

LuckyBlocks mod for Minecraft 1.10.2 downloads as a .zip file for me, not sure what you mean with "download as a folder", as that isn't possible.

 

If you want a custom texture, use a ResourcePack.
