Can I report forge bug on this forum?

Forge version is 1.11.2-13.20.0.2223

It is the latest.

 

Even if I sprinkle bone meal at the place where many tulips of Flower Forest are growing and increase flowers with automatic flower making machine

Tulips do not increase.
