I use latest Minecraft launcher, and forge 1.10.2

but when I apply some mods in 'C\Owner\Owner\Appdata\Roaming\.minecraft\mods' and click 'play' in launcher, 

whole mods-including forge, mod loader, etc.-aren`t recognized.

I also try after remove mods that I downloaded sites, and it works normally.

How can I solve this problem?
