Forge Crash Help Please

Hi, I have a problem, I can't run minecraft forge (vanilla works), everytime I try to run minecraft forge, it gets stucked in Constructing mods 1/7 or Initializing 2/7. My minecraft is NOT cracked. I have already deleted all the mods and it doesn't work. I erased the .minecraft folder two times and doesn't work. I tried updating Java 7 and Java 8 and doesn't work. Help me please
