Noticed registEntityRenderHandler is deprecated, what to use instead

Use the non-deprecated overload with an IRenderFactory argument.

Please don't PM me to ask for help. Asking your question in a public thread preserves it for people who are having the same problem in the future.

IRenderFactory is an interface with a single method, you shouldn't need an example. All your implementation needs to do is create and return the Render instance using the provided RenderManager instance.

 

You can implement it with a lambda/constructor method reference (requires Java 8), an anonymous class or a regular class.
