Hi if anybody can help me that would be great, so my problem starts with my server not having enough ram. i have created a .bat file to give it more ram or try to at least. i believe the java is the problem it self.

To run forge you must run the forge jar, not the minecraft_server jar.

its a forge server i just renamed the file i used "forge-1.10.2-12.18.3.2254-installer" to get the server

You have to run the installer first, which will set up a server for you.

The error you posted does not indicate anything about too little RAM. It shows that the server was not installed correctly.

hmm ok then ill try and reinstall the server and see if that fixes it
