Auto Download failed

OH MEH GOSH!!!!!!!! I finally figured out how to download Forge correctly, then for no reason FML doesn't connect to auto download properly. I know what caused it, but alas, I can not turn it off, or fix it. So until then, I need to figure out how to manually install it. And just for this, the FORGE Mod loader-0. Please help me! I looked around the wiki, and couldn't find it. So how do I manually install Forge!?!?! Please reply soon! Thanks in advance!!
