Hi. I am working on a mod which includes a variety of decorative blocks which I want to use in conjunction with Optifine's connected textures mod. At first, I thought it would be simple, like mimicking the the folder structure found in connected texture packs for vanilla minecraft, except under the header of [modname]/mcpatcher/ctm/... But I haven't been able to get it to work. I have confirmed that the ctm properties file is correct by creating a simple resource pack where I apply the texture to a vanilla dirt block, and it works fine, but I get no effect when I try to apply it to my custom block, either through compiling the assets into the mod, or creating a stand alone texture pack.

TLDR; I want to get connected textures to work with my mod, but I can't get it to work. Any suggestions?

Thanks!
