1.11.2 Inbuilt AntiCheat Stops Elevators and Elytra working

Information about problem

I'm Hosting a private server for my friend and we have had no problems, until we got elevators. so I got by the mod not working and decided to make my own Redstone elevators. but they work in single player, also elytras and ender pearls don't work properly and whenever you lag back the server console says "player moving to fast (x) (y) (z)"

is there anyway I can either completely remove the anti cheat or just lower the sensitivity to like 60 blocks a second instead of like 8?

The "anti-cheat" is built into vanilla Minecraft and cannot be disabled. You need to talk to the developer of the mod so they can fix this.

I'm using a Forge server downloaded from this website.

I was wondering if I can remove it in the settings
