Ok I installed Forge from this video

I tried to the 1.4.7 Falllout mod into my client. I looked for  a .minecraft/mods and none was present, so  put it in .minecraft/cpw/mods. Is this right? Should I be putting the mod .zip deeper down in the cpw/mod? Or is MCF broken because I dont have this folder?    PLEASE HELP!!!!

did you run minecraft at least once after installing forge? If you didn't, you probably should. Or you could just make a new folder inside the .minecraft folder called "mods" there is no difference. Folders are just folders. There's no magical fairy that flies around in .minecraft that says the mods folder is special. However if you already ran minecraft once after installing and the mods folder still isn't there, you may have installed forge improperly. More information is needed. Did minecraft crash? Did you delete the META-INF folder inside the minecraft.jar? Anything else peculiar?
