Crashes on startup... (1.8.9)

Hey, people! I'm running many mods, all for 1.8.9, I can get the full list, but for now, this is the error code it's been giving me:

 

The game crashed whilst there was a severe problem during mod loading that has caused the game to fail

Error: net.minecraftforge.fml.common.LoaderException: java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: Java heap space

 

Now, the game's been working for a while, but recently, it hasn't been working.

I'm running Windows 7, if that's any help. Also, forge version is for 1.8.9.

I can supply more info if you need it.

Someone tell me what this means and how to fix this. I'd appreciate it!
