Help with setting up a forge server...

Hi, I am attempting to set up my server with Forge Mod Loader and a few mods, I have already placed Forge Mod Loader and the mods in, the mods being GUI API(in coremods), Custom Mob Spawners, NEI(installed correctly), Damage Indicators, Mo' creatures, Industrial Craft 2, NEI red power plugin, the redpower packages, all of them, thaumcraft, and twilight fores, but whenever I attempt to start up my server it crashes, something about a Exception in server tick loop
